When did you last check your privacy notice?

If yours is a generic template you downloaded once and never looked at again, it’s due a proper check.

It needs to say what data you collect, why, how long you keep it, and who might see it, plus tell people about their right to complain, including directly to you now, under the newer rules. Cookies, analytics and booking systems all need covering too, not just the obvious stuff like enquiry forms.

If it’s been a while since you last read your own privacy notice, it’s worth five minutes of your time.
