I provide a wide range of administrative support services, including email management, appointment scheduling, booking processing, research, and data entry. My experience means I work a lot with sole traders and small businesses in the antenatal and baby to preschool class sector.
However, I have experience in many other sectors, from Hospitality to Construction, and the variety is one of my favourite reasons for being a VA.

What industries do you specialise in?
While I offer services to various industries, I specialise in supporting businesses within the antenatal and baby to preschool class sector. My understanding of this niche allows me to provide tailored and effective administrative support that meets the unique needs of these businesses.
-
I have Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. I am also registered to process data with the Information Commissioners Office as per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
-
I work primarily on a monthly retainer basis through my Packages (Gem 5, 10, or 15). This allows you to secure a set number of hours in my diary at the start of each month. For specific, one-off tasks, I also offer bespoke project-based pricing. This structure helps you budget effectively with no hidden surprises at the end of the month.
-
To secure your dedicated time, packages are invoiced and payable at the start of each month. Once payment is received, your hours are locked into my schedule and we can dive straight into your tasks.
-
Because those hours are reserved exclusively for you, meaning I turn down other work to keep that space open, unused hours do not roll over to the following month. However, I will keep you updated on your time usage throughout the month to ensure we are making the most of our partnership.
-
If it looks like we’re going to exceed your package hours, I’ll let you know as soon as possible. Extra hours can be added at my standard rate (subject to availability), or we can look at moving you up to the next tier for the following month.
